Whose going to be watching??

Going to be badazz, Ken was out of shape and not in the state of mind last fight. Now though, he's been training like hell, but so has Tito. Should be a great fight. Think it could go either way regardless of the 1st fight.

Arvloski and Sylvia will be awsome that night as well. Arvlaski is brutal but Sylvia is a really good fight now, before it was almost his reach that made the difference, now he can move quickly with combos, legs etc.

Funny how popular UFC is now, I've watched it for years. Cousins of mine almost joined but wifey's wouldn't allow it. Their expertly trained in Silot and other mixed martial arts, navy seals blah blah. I feel bad for anyone whose picked a fight with them lol.

That tito is a tough dude,,,,not sure if anything will change this time around, plus the age diff.......when is that contest??? PPV???

PPV Sturday night, think around 10pm or so. Tito is tough and Ken is in excellent shape now, he wasn't prepared in the last fight and took headshot after headshot from Tito's fist and elbows that wouldn't knocked out damn near anyone else. Ken has a lot of fight in him, especially with teh training he's been doing and shape he's in now, I wouldn't be surpised if he beats Tito.

I really want to see Arvloski and Sylvia again as well. Both are brutal.

Tito skills are top notch now, extremely well rounded. He's on of the few who can not only pound standing up, but knows how to pound on the ground. A lot of guys are sloppy on the ground. Tito will pound you standing up, pound you on the ground, and then submitt you lol:D

How about Arvlaski and Sylvia, who do you think will win?

I like Tim Sylvia for the heavy wheight titlle match he's just to well rounded and just plain out hard core for Arvlaski. :D

I wish I could watch it; it's going to be brutal and Shamrok is one mad man right now. Hopefully he won't loose his cool and keep focus. Anybody want to record it and send it my way ;)

Tito will win, I love shamrock in the ring but he is just to old, he wont win.

It's the thought that counts

And the countdown begins, tonight is going to be brutal :righton:

Surfer you never said before you is your pic for the fight? I'm picking Ortiz but I think Shamrock will give a good fight, guess we will see in a couple of hours the pre fights start in 19min!

Oh my god, UFC 61 sucked except for the Yeves fight, and Burkman and Neer. Tito vs Ken, they stopped the fight early. Ken took and elbow and then Tito threw some bombs down but they moreso slid off his face with no damage, so they stopp the fight early thinking Ken was down. He jumped right back up with not a mark on his face like "what the fawk???!?". When the fight started Ken came right out and threw some punches that basically knocked Tito into the cage. Then the Arvloski and Sylvia fight, slllooowwww, went all 5 matches with nothing but what looked worse then amateur boxing. I don't get it, their previous fights were brutal. Arvloski took some hard hits o nteh chin though.. But seemed lliike neither one wanted to engage, it was like they were both afraid of being KO'd.

Yeves had a friggen gash to his head that was literally hemorraging all over the mat, blood was just spurting out. And that fight keeps going as he gets the living crap pummled out of him. So they stop it, and then allow him to continune where he got absolutley pounded. A section of the mat was stained completley red from blood. They allow that yet stop Tito/Ken early, BS. My cousin was there along with some of their friends, they've trained with these guiys. They called up after and said Dana and all them think it was such a bad call. Couture was like wtf was that call. Their 1st fight Ken took bomb after bomb in the face. This time they said he wasn't defending himself. Bull he took one good hit and the others just kinda graced him. The guys over there can't believe the call, but Dean is know for ending fights too early. I guarentee if Big John was refing it wouldn't have been stopped.

Burkman and Neer was pretty good though, but I was really disappointed, Dana came out after and was like "I know you guys are pissed" lol. So he ahd some new guy come out and called out Liddel so now chuck has two fights comming up.

edit - sorry for bad spelling lol, I typed too fast

Ah man a lot of peeps on the mustang forum I'm on are POed big time at the call (ken/tito). Everything Surfer said is being said over there, fight being called to early and other fights waaaaayyyyy toooo slow.

Talk about hype, Tito/Ken and Tim/Andre should have been 100X more brutal then it was. And I still can't believe that bullsh!t call. One of my cousins and their friends were there (know some of the fighters and have trained with them) and called, said afterwards everyone was going nutz over the call. Which you obviously didn't see on ppv. Dana, Cotoure, Liddel etc all can't believe it but can't exactly turn the clock back now. Might be a rematch, again. I was at another cousins/friends house with some guys who have trained as well, and even the ones going for Tito said it was such BS.

They are going to catch so much flack for this, watch. They said he wasn't defending him self, he was trying to switch positions. And regardless that his hands weren't really up, Tito only landed 1 really good bomb, the others were sloppy and moreso graced the side of his face. He jumped right up when teh ref pulled them and didn't have a mark on his face. His expression was priceless, like "are f'n kidding me, did you just call the fight???!?!" lol. Meanwhile they let Yeves get absolutley pummled with blood just pouring from his head, they stop teh fight to check. Then let them get back into positon and go at it again, where he got more of an ass beating then before. I mean there was like a 8ft section of the mat stain red from blood. And barely had his hands up, head was like one big punching bag, yet they keep that fight going.....something's going on here:mad:

Only really good fight was Burkman and Neer. Neer took some hard friggen slams, dude has some serious stamina and fast recovery for his size. he took one slam that I thought would have knocked him out cold with how hard his back and head hit.

Surfer man was I pissed with UFC 61 like you said the first fight was the only good fight. The ref called the ortiz/shamrock fight way to early and the title fight just plain out sucked. The whole thing was a waist of 40$ just glad there was five of us that split the fight so I was only out 8$. Shamrock was trying to roll out from under ortiz but that freakin ref called the fight.
