I just wanted to take a moment to respond to some of the comments and criticisms that have been raised on the forums lately regarding backorders, delayed shipments, etc. The move did set us back more than we anticipated, and we know it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Since we were able to start with a clean slate, we’ve been reorganizing the offices and warehouse to run more efficiently in the long run, but it has come with some short term challenges. Everyone here is working hard to overcome those challenges and get us back on track, running better than ever.:work:

We all appreciate everyone’s patience as we fine tune our operations, and we want you to be a part of the process. Getting orders filled accurately and quickly is still our top priority. If you have any problem with your order, let me know. You can PM me, call me, or email me any time. I will take care of it. That’s what I’m here for. ;)

I’ve read posts about us giving “bribes” to customers, and that’s just not the case. If we fail to send you exactly what you ordered in a timely manner, we want to make it right and we really appreciate the opportunity to do so. We want your experience to be better than you expected. Any company will send you the correct item eventually. We want to do better than that. Our goal is to continue to earn your business every day. :righton:

Again, I just want to say thank you to everyone for your patience and for your feedback, both positive and negative. I can promise you that we take your comments very seriously. Your comments help us identify and correct problems, which makes us a better company, so keep ‘em coming.

have only had one problem. i'm used to getting my orders in 5 days. during the move i got it in 4 days. hats off to you !!! i figured it would take longer. keep up the great work!!!

Thanks! We really hustled those few weeks to make sure no one had too much of a delay in the delivery of their orders.

Order placed the weekend of the move, PM'd Meghan Monday morning to add something, order still shipped same day and arrived Thursday. As I've said in other posts, like clockwork for me.

Are you all ordering weird stuffs?!?! LOL :D
 
Never had a problem, everything always delivered to me in a timely and accurate manner. You have all been great to work with.

AG and staff go well above the bar. When it comes to CS, tops in my book.

My last order came in on monday, with all my new goodies.

I have always recieved excellent service from you Meghan and other AG staffers. as far as the bribe remarks its sad that they came from other detail suppliers-those are the ones with poor customer service and are jealous of what AG has going on.
 
I have heard some of these complaints on forums. At first I was lil weary then I read some more and found out that you moved and a lot of the delay was the supplier not you. I think a lot of people get angry because they do not understand what goes on behind the scenes. They get low on product wait till the day before they need it and order it accross the country looking for you to get it out the same time they place the order.
Im just waiting for pay day to place my first order lol.
 
Thanks for the update Meghan. I've only once had a problem with a order and it was taken care of quickly and professionally.:awesome:
 
I just got an email from autogeek that said ups trashed my stuff and that they would re-ship my order.I have always had good experiances with autogeeks custmer service and it is one of the finest.U.P.S sucks they ruin more stuff for me than I can count on two hands its like any U.P.S package that comes to my house has to run a gauntlet.
