Todays Work (interior detail) extremely neglected.

This car was a mess . The gentle man had stated that his dog rides in it and that he has met a new lady. Well she's allergic to dogs and sorry to see he would probley be ashamed to have her in his car. This interior detail took alil over four hours . But it turned out pretty goid and he was satisfied and that's what counts.

You did work! What did you use?
 
I used carbrite plastic and leather cleaner to clean the vinyle and plastic . Then I treated it with 303. On the carpet I use some zep citrus cleaner,folex ,and a house brand carpet and upholstery cleaner. And an assortment of bruches and mf towels. The car as you can tell was trashed . But it was not that difficult to clean the plastic and the vinyl. The carpet and seats they were pretty bad and the results are what they are . This vehicle looked and showed that it has never been cleaned or detailed probley . It was a 2004 or so pontiac grand prix .

It's a real shame that people are willing to spend good hard earned money on a vehicle and then let it get into this condition.

On the other hand it is people like this that keep all you pro detailers in business!

Yes it was . I Told the gentlemen I couldnt gerenty a 100% turn around and he said I'm fine with that anything is better than its current state . But I believe it turned out fairly good .

I would rather take a bus than ride in a car like that everyday. I see cars like that and much worse all the time on trade ins i just dont understand how people are ok with it. I do 3-4 cars a day and alot of them look just like this.
 
Excellent work. I do not believe that all if that dirt can be blamed on a dog, unless the dog was driving the car and putting his dirty feet in the driver's side floorboard. :)
 
Fantastic turnaround. I couldn't imagine him impressing his lady friend in that mess of a vehicle before you got to it.
