Bought a new tonno pro brand cover for my Silverado just looking to use some type of protectant for it I was thinking meguiars ultimate but I was also wondering if the direct sunlight would leave any type of streaks and what not anybody have any imput?

I have always just used 303 which is recommended by many of the tonneau manufacturers.

Duragloss 301 protectant, works awesome on my tonneau cover looks great lasted 7 months so far and still looks good and still beads water well and feels slick. I tried black fire total trim and tire sealant worked great but seemed to attract and hold a lot of dust and dirt requiring a lot scrubbing during washes.

Me personally would but any thing on it till about 2 years from now.

I never seem them deteriorating from the sun, mold I've seen when there a couple years old.a little bleach will take care of that.me personally wouldn't put anything on it.

Sounds like some good stuff... How'd you go about cleaning it prior to applying?
