Hey guys,
I just inherited an '05 Hyundai Accent. The car has been religiously maintained mechanically, but not so much visually. It has a lot of chips and scratches on it for 20k miles. I plan to just give it a thorough wash, clay, light polish with klasse aio, and seal with klasse sg (left overs from my bmw). My question is what to do with these scratches that are too bad to polish out. I don't like the way touch up paint always winds up looking. Is there a touch up clear coat that I can go over it with so it is at least protected? I know it's nothing special as far as cars go, but the person who passed it down really meant a lot to me. Just want to take the best care of it I can. Thanks
Scratch running the length of the drivers side door and half of the rear passenger door
More detailed image of that. It turns into one smooth scratch further down
Some rear bumper gashes
