Just found out I have a "Tool Account" at work!
They order and pay for it and deduct a certain percentage from your paycheck every week.

Make sure of all the rules. If you should quit or be laid off this is often required to be repaid immediately. And you just lost your job and have nothing to repay it with. Your employer may also tag on a "setup fee" or somesuch to pay for the added payroll dept work.

You can accomplish the same thing by putting $10, $20 in an envelope each week, or depositing it in an inconvenient bank way across town.
