I thought about a product like that and how crazy it would sell if it had the ability to fill all defects while leaving a layer of coating that is permanent. It would almost be another clear coat but with hydrophobic properties. That would dominate the detailing industry.
 
The bottle that is visible sure looks like it says "Diamond ____ Coating"
