Tornador ripoff?

I discovered this BlastorBlue gun online.

Please click the link and tell me is this the latest revision of the Tornador or a ripoff?

The company selling it is using a Tornador Black in the pic....hmmm....does someone need to call their lawyer????

Anyone know about this gun?

I don't wanna be misunderstood here....I wasn't suggesting eshine ripped me off I was just unsure if Tornador was getting ripped off by an identical tool that I'm guessing is probably patented.

I wanted also to know if it would function equally as well as my Black cause it rocks!
