Toyota Tundra PVD wheels-What is safe to clean them with?

I am looking for something to clean these wheels they are 2013 Tundra PVD wheels. There was a card in the manual envelope that said to use just soap an water, I use an MF towel to wash and dry,that's what I have done since I purchased the truck however I cant get them as clean as the day I brought her home. I still see remnants of funk on them. This picture was the day I brought her home. Any suggestions?

Surfactant wheels cleaners are fine, like P21S or Diabo.

P21s is really great!, CG diablo is great for maintenance. Its like soap basically, but a little stronger.
