I had the same problem with an order place 3/2/2012, sent AG an email. Still waiting for a response, but in the mean time I think I have found a possible shortcut you can use....
From the main page select Store, then Customer Service, the Select Order Tracking.
Use one of your old or last order forms. Enter the order number with your zip code and select Get Order Info.
Your Billing History will come up. at the bottom there are two selection Next >> and << Prev. if you page forward to the date you will find your order and the tracking number. (If its not there a call to AG is a must.)
Copy the tracking number and go to the UPS site and enter. Good Luck. Hope this helps.
