Tracking #

Every order that I have placed AG has sent me a tracking # the same day of the order....day 2 and no # , have they stopped??? I will call in the morning to check....
They have always shipped the same day.mmmmmmm
 
Ive had the same problem once and after 2 days i called AG and i didnt enter my email correctly. Gave them the right one an had a tracking number emailed to me by the time we were off the phone.

Give them a call or just shoot one of the customer service folks an email and they'll get back to you.....:props:
 
I had the same problem with an order place 3/2/2012, sent AG an email. Still waiting for a response, but in the mean time I think I have found a possible shortcut you can use....
From the main page select Store, then Customer Service, the Select Order Tracking.

Use one of your old or last order forms. Enter the order number with your zip code and select Get Order Info.

Your Billing History will come up. at the bottom there are two selection Next >> and << Prev. if you page forward to the date you will find your order and the tracking number. (If its not there a call to AG is a must.)

Copy the tracking number and go to the UPS site and enter. Good Luck. Hope this helps.

At 8:15 this morning I had a PM from Meghan about my order....she was checking on it. At 8:30 I recieve a call from AG.....the BOGO flat pads were on BO....

NOW THAT IS SERVICE.

Yes AG provides great service !!! Getting a call from Megan at 9:30 PM., is service above and beyond.

Way to goooooooo Megan !!!!! Megan Rules.....
 
I ask them to cancle the BOGO flat pads and ship the rest of the order....misCommunications some wheres OH well will call again Friday morning.as .all my order was cancled...My Luck...I need the Gel Labs products to finish the Deck boat....Will miss a few days of good fishing...:awman:
 
6:50 AM I had a PM waiting for me from Meghan....My order was shipped Thru.....GOSH they must work around the clock.....Can't BEAT that TEAM...Guess it was my miscommuntications.....

Got my order this afternoon at 4:30 Had company with Motocycle problems and could not start on the boat,,I will have to carry him to Columbus, Ga. in the morning to have it repaired.....just another delay...LOL
I had a BIG Suprise in the box....
