This is the trailblzer from hell i finished up last week.yesterday i offered to wash it up free of charge so i can apply the DG #601 and # 105 i purchased besides i like the color of the SUV and thought it would be perfect to give DG a try.
The infamous wheel shot from last week.this is a pic of the wheel after/before ..

Has to be my picture skill as it didnt show the amount of dirt on the vehicle. The car has not been cleaned since i last detailed it.
Heres a few DP extreme foam shots. The soap produced plenty of foam it stayed on the car rather then drip off before i had a chance to hit with my sheepskin mitt.I like the minty smell just wish is was a bit stronger, also the 2oz sample wasn't enough to wash the entire SUV,anyways its a nice soap perfect for anyone with a FG..

heres a few after pics from the Trailblazer from hell.
I dried the vehicle with a couple of cobra WW then applied the DG #601 then #105 per directions and let it sit for 45 mnts.

comments/suggestions
And me after a hard days work;)

Thats my neighbor who i detailed the vehicle for, great neighbor..

Joe ... very nice work. My neighbor Joe has the exact same truck in the exact same color. (different wheels) He washes it with a broom ... there is NO WAY I will ever help him with it. He does now dry the car with a leaf blower, so I guess I rubbed off on him.

And I gotta ask ... how in the heck do you all detail in jeans and shirt ??

That's just plain weird! My wife had a client/customer come in to her office yesterday and when she asked her name she said "Melanie", which is my wifes name. Then she asked for her birthdate.........yep, you guessed it.....same birthday too!!! Freaked them both out. My wife then asked her for her address and she gave it to her then the customer asked with a smirk on her face "let me guess, you live there too?".......my wife thought that was hilarious:D

Ha Ha Ha for a minute i thought you where joking. Man i dont blame you for not voulentering to assist with his SUV.The interior on these vehicles is like doing the interiror in a cockpit.total wash with the wheels and wells with applying the #601,#105 and polishing the extererior glass with PB's PP was nearly 6 hrs, Scott i figured 4-5 hrs top.

I have to be less anal or learn to apply another process. maybe you can start a thread and have some of the pros and you list someway to cut the time without cutting corners.

Wheels and SMR time is killing me.. I show up at my sister house today and guess what my Bro purchased the same SUV 2004 burgandy, yep ask me to do his at least he offered to help . i brought him here to AG forum and told him to call Jason if he was to need anything..

My neighbors kids are older he has 2 dogs off and on their in the vehicle took 5 hrs last week for the interior alone. I have seen some of your jobs with outstanding turnarounds so the Blazrer was a slice a cake for you ;) .

Thank you Joe.
You do stunning work yourself!

It seems I always dread doing my own vehicles...LOL
I do everyone elses, but when it comes to mine, I will almost pay someone else to do it....hahaha

You know, I have been having this same thought in my head for awhile now. I was going to see if we could get the mobile detailers to describe their process in detail and give their secret "tricks of the trade" as to how they can turn a car around so fast.
