:( MY BABY . IS RECKED!!!!! I WAS INSIDE AND HEARD A LOUD SMASH AND YES A TREE HIT MY 2006 F350. I FELT LIKE CRYING!!!!!!! WINDOW SMASHED MIRROR SMASHED DOOR DENTED GLASS EVERYWEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. NO PICS DO TO ITS POURING RAIN OUTSIDE!!!!. IM SO PISSED IM GOING TO TRY TO GET THE NEIGHBOR TO PAY AT LEAST THE DEDUCTABLE 500 BUCKS . SO FOR NOW NO TRUCK FOR TOM :confused: SORRY NO PICS GUYS TO SAD TO TAKE ANY :confused: THATS ALL FOR NOW IM GOING TO AND SITE ON MY COUCH AND DO NOTHING

it was a freak accident. Insurance should cover it. Give it some time and she will be back :)

You really need to get some pics. To have for records. I assume this was your neighbors tree. Lightning?
 
Sorry man. That sucks, try and look on the bright side (easier said than done, I know) but nobody is hurt - cars and trucks can be fixed or replaced - friends, family, and your health, not so much.
 
Thanks Very Guys That Really Means Alot . The Insurance Company Said They Will Take Pics And For Me Not To Bother . Update I Just Talked To The Neighbor He Just Got Home And Was Cool About The Sitiation And Gave Me His Info For Me To Give To My Insurance Company So They Can Figuer It Out . Also Hes Going To Contact His Home Owners Too. Thank God Hes A Nice Guy About It . Im Starting To Calm Down A Bit .
 
If you would have topped it with Collinite #885, the tree woulda hot and slid off!!!

i think this was more of an act of god then your neighbors fault

How did a tree just fall lol? Was he cutting it, or lightning or something? That sucks....could imagine the cringe you had hearing that sound.
 
thats what the insuranse company said . i cant really hold him liable do to that. i just wish he would trim that oak. its freaking huge and always dropping branches.
 
get a chain saw and cut all the trees in your neighborhood...j/k

thank you guys really !! you guys are so great i really feel that you guys are another family to me.ive been calming down . it was just a hard blow to see when it happend.
so its in good hands at the dealership so ill wait for the insurance asseser to look at it tomorrowand he will be calling me. after looking at it its only the window thats smashed a small dent and a broken mirror hopefully thats it . hard to tell if theres any scraches do to the pouring rain that wont end . have a good nite guys ill keep u updated

That sure is a freak accident, are you sure you dont have any grudges against you?

You did say it was raining so maybe the bad weather had something to do with it. :confused:
