I've been noticing these bubbles starting to pop up on random parts of my cars body.

Also, should I sand and buff this ding out, or use touch up paint.

Thanks!

Maybe it's just me, but I'm having a hard time locating the trouble spots..

Could you have them circled in red using paint or another software?

What make/model is your vehicle?
I remember seeing a Camaro or two having similar issues on another forum..

Don't have an edit option yet, so here they are again circled in red.

These bubbles are as hard as enamel

The clear coat on the door ding is scrapped off, down to the base coat.

Bump. I have the same problem. It is really hard to catch by the camera since it only shows up at the right angle and light. :(

I'm going to clay bar today. Hopefully it's sap from work.

Clay bar got a majority of them off. Two of them were just amber hard. So, I'm sure it was tree pitch. There's a few big trees at work that I Park away from, but the wind must have carried them.
Still fishing on ways to sand the edges of that ding and applying clear coat; besides re-spraying door.
