Trouble with the vx5000 steamer

Anyone have any trouble with the hose? Mine started leaking steam where the hose connects to the body and up by the trigger?
 
I had the heating element go out once, but was covered under warranty.
Do you still have a warranty on the steamer?
 
I believe I do. Just left a message with steam cleaners direct.
