Two domain names to one site question

I own nolimitsdetailing.com and renomobiledetailing.com. Ive been using nolimitsdetailing since the site opened but renomobiledetailing was locked for 6 months so i couldnt use it. renomobiledetailing.com finally became unlocked yesterday so i linked it to my site. Here is my question though. Should i create another google+ for it or will it kinda work its self out?

The reason i have both those domain names is because one is my company name and the other is what would be typed in most on google when looking for a mobile detailer in my area.

What does "work itself out" mean to you?

you'd have to do SEO (search engine optimzation) work

target specific keyword within the page to let google know what you're talking about on that page... and you'd also have see how competitive the rankings are in reno for mobile detailing

There used to be a spanish novela (soap opera) called" Dos Mujeres Un Camino" translates to (Two Woman One Road)

The title if the thread reminded me of that soap opera. Lol

What does "work itself out" mean to you?

I mean with renomobiledetailing being one of the most popular things to type in my area when looking for a mobile detailer will it climb the search engine ladder on its own becasue of its name or should I create a google+ for it and do everything else that ive done for my nolimitsdetailing site
