So this is kind of a follow up thread on two cars, the first being the Honda Accord i posted about a month ago, and the second being my girlfriends car that i applied Collinite No.845 to back in December. It was your basic wash and vac (sorry no interior pics) to document how the waxes were holding up.

My trunk filled with stuff that i took to her house to wash the cars

After some AIO and an orange pad, followed by Natty's Blue Paste, I think AIO did a pretty good job at clearing up the hazing.

Pretty good flakes for a 9 yr. old car that had never been polished/waxed before i got ahold of it in December.

And both lights after AIO and Natty's, both were equally as bad

The next ones are dirty pictures of my car, and some beading action of liquid Souveran.

Let me know what you guys think. I forgot to get some beading pictures of how the Collinite was holding up after 3 months.

Looking very good! That AIO really cleaned up the lights. Did you put Natty's Blue on the lens? The collinte seems to be holding up aren well, as is your liquid souveran.

Yup after i cleaned it up with the AIO, i topped it with the natty's blue. I figured the lights should get some protection also.

Both cars looking good!! On the Altima, did you put on another coat of wax before the AFTER pictures, or was it still the Collinite 845 since Dec? If another coat wasn't put on, it looks really good after 3 months!

the background suggests South Florida ... didnt you hear about the water restrictions now in force ??? I had to wash both cars at 6am on Saturday morning.

Nice work on both, thanks for sharing

Very nice detailing buddy, the paint looks flawless and it's popping...crazy popping!!!

Okay, I have to ask though what's up with the cop in the background....come one tell us what you really do in such a nice area and cops all over the place lol...

Seriously though, I really like this picture. The background looks so nice, looks as though it was beside the beach.....is it? You never know I suppose.

Both cars look real good. I like the pop in he paint.

Nope, no wax this time. The Collinite is still holding up from three months ago, i find it to be quite amazing.

Killr yup i am in south florida, this detail was done last weekend before the water restrictions went into effect. I believe it was at 12:00 am Thursday the 22 that they went into effect. I had to take advantage that we still had water. But yes as someone suggested, i must place an order of DP 4 in 1.

Nica no unfortunately no it is not near the beach, far from it actually, nearest beach is about 30 minutes away..lol.. Its a community that began building about 6 years back or so, initially houses went for 220-250k and now are up to around the 550k region. Its quite unfortunate that its risen up so much, but most the families that are in this neighborhood have been here since the beginning, hence the cop, which i think are seriously underpayed for what they do.

Thanks guys for all the kind words, looking to place another order from AG to maintain these two cars during this drought.

Looks good especially your car. How come your garage has only enough space for a few shelves???

Do you park the cars outside all the time???

Yup unfortunately cars stay outside...its my girlfriends house. Its a two car garage that instead has a room with a bathroom in there...sorta like a tv room. Has i'd say about a 3-4 ft. space between wall and garage door that has the shelves as you see in the pic.

Just wondering what piece of blue/back equipment that is? That is a short garage! Useful however, good for storage! Grab some Plastic Storage bins, it greatly helps with storage & movement.

Yea i have been long over due with the storage bins, i keep telling myself i'm gonna go to target or walmart or something to pick some up. The blue/black equipment is an air compressor, i use it for the inside of the car to get rid of all the little dust particles that get stuck in the crevices of doors and cup holders and all the other little places that dust loves to sneak into.
