I would like to use UPPP with a DA but not sure which pad would be equivalant to the supplied orange hand applicator. I was thinking about the Tangerine HT pads but not sure. I dont mind a little cut (very light swirls) as long as I don't need to come back over it with another polish. Thoughts???

UPPP is not an abrasive polish although the pad will add something. It does have some filling ability and does add gloss. I love using it as a paint cleaner before UPGP.

To answer your question tangerine HT will work very well with it although I prefer crimson.

Sounds like for you tangerine will work well. As always perform a test section before duplicating on the entire vehicle.

Cheers!

I am in agreement with Corey. A tangerine HT pad or a regular white LC pad is what I have used.

Excellent, I didnt figure it had much if any cut but the description makes it seem as though it can make very light corrections. Actually I can testify to it removing very light scratches with the orange applicator that is provided. I think the pad must have some cut to it!!!

I agree, I too believe it can make some level of correction. Before I ever bought a D/A a few years ago I use UPPP by hand with the enclosed applicator. I put a LOT of elbow grease into it but it definitely looked a lot better. But with machines.... what a difference eh!?!
