I dont think so. Its pretty hard for UC atleast for me. UC was not able to remove all the swirls. These are not newly formed swirls that I know for sure. Because the pattern is same.

MAy be, but since I am located in India, the paint could be different.

I think what you're seeing is haze from the compund. Have you used a finer polish to try to remove the haze?

Yes I did. But its not swirls I am talking about. These are more of straight lines appearing.

Just a random thought, but what are you using to buff out the area when you are done polishing? Is it a soft, clean microfiber towel? If not, you could be putting swirls right back into the paint after you polish.

I've done this on my Toyota before. I polished out an area to perfection, but I had a small piece of debris caught in my buffing towel that marred the finish. Had to polish it all over again.

If those are pretty deep, UC won't be able to get them out. You could give M105 or even the Meguiar's microfiber cutting pads and D300.
