It just came in and so far so good. My only problem is the spray and gloss bottle wad opened. And it got over the rags and is pretty much empty. I called Auto Geek but they are closed so I'll try calling them tomorrow.

I called and left a voicemail (I am in CA obviously they are in Florida)

1,800 miles away and they called me back in 10 Minutes (spoke with Penny) and I asked them if I could buy the yellow foam pad also on top of my replacement order.

They said they will just include it in my replacement order!!!

So for a free yellow cutting foam pad...!

As you've already found out AG is about the BEST in Customer Service! Once you have them taking care of you it will spoil you for any other company no matter what they sell.
