Universal Dispenser Pump Review

It just seems that it can't be that hard to make a pump that only pumps out 1 ounce and is quality. Apparently, it must be, because so far I have yet to find one.

I think some of it is just gravity. Yours shouldn't have broken though. Someone mentioned tipping the bottle after you pump to get the liquid out of the nozzle, that of course works best with thinner liquids.

You know what a quick fix for the manufacturer of these pumps would be... a small lid that you can slide on the nozzle after you pump your ounce. No more waste, no tipping required, and no one would have to hear me complain. Win-win situation lol

I had a chance to use my Ebay dispenser pump for the 2nd time yesterday. First time, no drips. I thought maybe I was just lucky. But, 2nd time - no drips. So, must be a good pump.

This is where it lives. Came down this morning looking for a blue floor. Not a drop.

At first I thought this was a drop, you can see it in the circle of the green cord. Found out its just a rock

Have you tried using this with a thick car wash?? The one on my ONR works great...the smaller one on Glossworkz and it doesn't work at all.

The proportioner doesn't work with thick liquids I just use the recommended cap fulls. I tried it with DG 902 and gave that up real fast. In it's defense it has worked very well with APC, No Rinse products etc. , although one of the pumps may not work so well with thick liquids also. I don't have any experience with the hand pumps except for gear fluids in transmissions/differentials which I would rather pour and use a funnel.

I have these on my NRWS and Optimum Car Wash, but mine are round nozzles and I just slip a closetmaid tip (fits perfect) over the end. Closetmaid is the company that makes the wire shelves and the rubber tip I use is what they sell to cover the wire after you cut it to fit.

How do you like that little Home Depot stool? Do you find it to be useful?

It's awesome. It was like $9. It folds up and I hang it on the wall when not in use. It seems crazy, but it holds me fine and I'm about 260 lbs.
