Hello everyone. I have not been on in a couple of weeks. As some of you know, I am legally blind. I have been experiencing some bad headaches that will not go away. I am feeling better now. I have a VP Shunt which drains excess fluid from the brain. It is called hydrpcephilus. Anywho, we are working with a neurosurgeon to follow up on my vp shunt. Last year I had brain preasure monitoring done to determain if a shunt replacement was in order. Back then....nope, now who knows. LOL. That is why I have not been on the forum.

On a lighter note my Aunt's Subaru got a nice scratch down the side of it via a run away lawn tractor. I do not know how it happened and I was not there when it did. My aunt saw the results from Mom,s Dodge Ram that I spent three days cleaning. She wants me to see if I can reduce or remove the scratch. We will see.

Now on to our Nissan Versa. Some of you may remember a post about the roof and paint haze. It is the beginnings of clearcoat failure. The bodyshop that did the repair used PPG Deltron on it which carries a lifetime warranty. PPG will cover the repaint of the roof for free. In two weeks we will drop the car off and they will keep it 3-5 days and fix it.

Hey nice to see you back posting!

Glad you are feeling better and also great news you car will get repainted under warranty

Sorry to hear about your aunt’s car. Hopefully you will do what you did to that dodge and make her happy!!

Best wishes. Legally blind and producing wonderful results on a job where sight is a major factor. Amazing.
God bless you.

Hope you don't get the headaches more. Or that they find a way to fix it for you.

If the scratch on your aunts car is fixable. You will solve it for her. If you are lucky it's most paint transfer from the lawn tractor. So take a closer look at the scratch and determind what kind of scratch it is.

Great that you get the roof repainted on the Nissan.

Glad you are feeling better and back on the forum! See what you can do with that scratch, perhaps knock it down/reduce it some, it could look OK.

Great news on the paint warranty!
