Hey guys,

I am 16 and have been detailing for a year now. I have decided to take it to the next level and start my detailing business but really need some help on packages and prices! If any of you can help that would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link.

Also, on my blog that I like to update every few days. What text should I add on each blog post with the pictures of my work. I was thinking like what package it was, time it took, add on services. What else should I add?

Cant wait to hear from you all!

now I don't do this for business wise , just a hobby family , friends , neighbors . I don't charge much, cover cost of products used and keep my gut filled for the day , lol but it's something for me to do , it's fun , rewarding , and it's my hobby . I suggest u post what u have come up with packages and prices and I'm sure others will comment on this or that and then u can make some adjustments as needed . sorry I could not be of much help

First off. I would never have guessed this business was owned by a 16 year old. I didn't check the whole site out, but from what I saw, I was impressed

On your wash-n-wax....I feel you should increase the price 50% across the board. The general public thinkS the waxing (hand wax) part is what takes the most time, when in fact as you and I know, the prep (wash) takes waaaay longer

Good luck

Flash

BTW...what is plan A, college?

Wow. I'm really impressed with your site. It looks very professional and high-class. I also wouldn't have known it was owned by a 16-year-old. I'm 20, and I'm just using a Facebook business page for my gig.

Definitely increase the price of your wash and wax. It seems very under-priced for the amount of work involved.

I am working on my packages now. Anybody have any examples of some of their own packages with prices that they are willing to show me for examples? But Flash.. Plan A is college no doubt!

very nice site , well thought out and professional . only 16 , u got some skills . wish the city I live in would have the clients to make a business like this strive.

16?!?!?!?!??!?!??!?!?!?!??! You're 16?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? .....WOW!!! I clicked on the link, went to the website, and then had to go back to the forum to read the thread again to make sure you're 16. WOW very nice site...and I agree...you should definitely increase you're prices.

Make the website so that when you click on the tabs, it doesn't open a new page.

Thanks guys. Yes I am only 16 but what do you mean? It doesnt open a new page for me...

interesting...when I was clicking on the tabs it was opening new windows. But now its not. As far as you're age, I think alot of us (with us being older), you are starting out at a very young age. Nothing negative at all.

I like your color scheme and the general feel of the web page.

One thing the amount of text on your home page is kind of daunting most people aren't going to want to read all of that in my opinion.

You have a good eye for design man. Did you go to school for it?

*edit* Oh and you might put the Contact Us link on the very bottom of your page as well as its other location. I know my habits online and I scroll straight to the bottom of most sites when Im looking for the contact us link. Not even a button just the words contact us hyperlinked.
