funny stuff. i use to ship everything via ups because they are teamsters but like others have said they punt or throw the package to the door step and run while fed ex seems better to work with. i am glad to hear i have shipping options though as i was not previously aware of this.
 
I just tracked my package and its spending New Years Eve in
New Orleans--that can't be good
 
I live in chicago. It wouldn't help. They have a don't care attitude. We just shipped a trailor or drinks out of our warehouse to holland, MI. It was supposed to be a one day point. They shipped it to holland, IL on accident. Then sent it to detroit where it sat in freezing temps for 2 more days. It go to the destination in 6 days. Which was supposed to be 1 day. Thank god the drinks didn't bust the glass bottles. would've lost $5k on that one.
