UPS = boo boo

Follow the dustbunnies. I can just picture somebody opening that many new MF towels at once and drawing in every dustbunny in the county.

WHAT, bunnies again! nice grill, wytstang :-)

Sorry if you have to wait again, AG is the best

Look, there goes a herd of dustbunnies chasing a UPS truck...

Sorry son, its jail for you. Baiting dustbunnies is illegal in this state...

Look for the guy in your neighborhood with the cleanest car, a smile on his face and money in his pockets (he didn't spend all of his money at AG).
He's the one who received your package.[/quote.]:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D lolololol

my mom works for UPS and all i gotta say is just before christmas she was waking up at like 9 30 pm to go to work till around 12 or so in a nasty warehouse sorting boxes, then a lot of times she goes out with a driver to deliver packages until about 5 or 6....then comes home to sleep and wake up around 9 or 10 again....overtimeeeeee! it sounds like it was the drivers fault, he's the one who scans the package to say its delivered, and is responsible for twhere the package is dropped

i order a lot of stuff online everything I got for christmas to give out I did online and the UPS people really just drop of the boxes outside the house knocks on the door and drives away, they dropped of my $400+ jewelry that I was gonna give to my gf and my PC + Edge pads on the same day otuside in the rain and wind how says that little box and the other box from AG could not just have been swipped up by anyone just walking by, it was out there from whenever they dropped it off untill 7pm, gets me kinda mad cuz one day I kno something will be gone

UPS is not suppose to drop anything off unless they have a signed waiver to do that. Usually with high value orders like you had, they usually still require a signature even if there is a waiver in file. I believe this would be initiated by the vendor sending the product. Unless UPS rules have changed, this is the way it's suppose to be.

Well i know with fedex you can request for a signature if you want. Not sure about UPS.

I mostly ship via USPS and FedEx for my businesses, but I sometimes have to use DHL or UPS. With UPS, you MUST choose a value added service such as "Signature Confirmation" from UPS or else they WILL be default leave it at the front door. The Signature Required service is free from UPS, but the Signature Required by an Adult service costs an additional $5.25 from UPS.

I also receive packages every week from UPS and they always drop off their packages and leave without ringing the door bell or a single knock. I have never signed any waiver with UPS. I did however sign a waiver with FedEx so they can drop off packages, but they always ring our door bell and knock on the door before they leave.

Two people where arrested before christmas..They would follow the UPS truck to all his stop after the driver would leave the parcels at the front door the thiefs would remove the package from the steps..It's BS when people steal something that is not theres  ..They don't how serious we are about are detailing supplies

At least they only dropped it off. The last few times UPS has come to my house I happen to be home. To my HORROR the driver threw my package from the end of my front walk onto my front steps. It's probably a good 15-20 ft. throw. I emailed UPS to let them know their drivers had been throwing packages and they didn't care because nothing broke.

usually UPS just knocks and walks, no signiature... every order ive gotten from AG was not signed for and ive had many... i think its usually fedex who takes signiatures

I think UPS is the worst. I hate to sound cruel, but I think they deliberately mess some things up!! They also get trained in how to demolish a package. Get this - they have delivered empty, messed up boxes - no kidding - not small boxes either, on more than one occasion...
well, at least I got the BOXES!! LOL
But my Avon orders inside? Going home with a UPS driver, I think!!

Can't AG get a refund from UPS? That is what Avon does.
Just a thought for Meghan and Max.

I'm not sure UPS deliverately messes things up they are good at breaking things. I import some things from South America and wholesale them and sell some on ebay for fun when I have extra time. I use UPS a lot to ship things out. UPS is good at breaking things then they don't want to pay for it even if you pay them for insurance. It's unbelievable how you have to package things up so they arrive undamaged.

yea sometimes they dont even knock got one UPS guy that came at 8pm ?! and dropped something off with no knock or nothing just left, now thats smart cuz no one steals stuff when its dark outside ;)

they have to take a special classes - they are called how to handle packages properly :
101: football with boxes
102: how to pick the proper fragile item to stand on
103: what to break/open/wreck so you can just takethe contents home.
