Can't AG get a refund from UPS? That is what Avon does.
Just a thought for Meghan and Max.
My nephew worked at UPS for about a year. He worked in the area where they would load and unload the trucks. He said they were always throwing things around, sometimes playing by seeing how far they could throw a box.
But on a positive note, the guy who delivers in my area is top notch. He's always careful with the packages. He always knocks and rings the doorbell when dropping something off. If I have multiple boxes, they are always stacked nicely and he does it in a way so it's less noticable from the street.
