UPS Does it Again!

Autogeek does it again! I'm glad Meghan took care of you first thing this morning and shipped out a new order for you. Meghan is awesome!
 
Autogeek; more returns from UPS!!

If this only happened during the Christmas rush I could "almost" look at it as accidental damage but this seems to happen a lot!!

I wonder how these things are handled?​

As stated many times on the forum we use UPS, Fedex and US Mail, just put a note in the comments box on which you would prefer us to use. We will ship it with whichever one of those you like.

Good to know for future reference.... FedEx always delivers to me around 10-11AM, UPS delivers between 5-6 PM, so if I need something in my hands early in the day FedEx it is! :props:

I had issues with my package. I had ordered the Pinnacle wash and wax bucket special. When I got it, the ENTIRE bottle of spray detailer had been spilled. 0.o But needless to say Autogeek was amazing with sending out a replacement for the spray the day they got the email! :dblthumb2: Love you guys at Autogeek! Now if only every place has such good customer service.
 
I found a way to beat all the carriers I call up AG and have them leave my package in the garage we do the Makeovers in problem solved . But in exchange I have to leave a box of cookies that don't always make it too the AG kitchen .
