UPS Lost Order: AG to the Rescue

Well UPS finally lost an order for me. It happened to be my Wolfgang Uber Compound that I was really hoping to have by the end of this week. Messaged nick and talked to Tray and it is supposed to be reshipped today or tomorrow.

Thanks to AG for the fast support, sad part is I have an Audi coming in Monday I was going to do a full review on.

Oh well, you win some you lose some! AG has always followed up 100% to my satisfaction, and I'm not afraid to say it. When a company treats you right they deserve a pat on the back.

Nice! I almost grabbed a bottle of this on the order I just received, but I got a sample instead. If I had got the bottle, I could have gotten it to you on Friday. :awman:
 
Lost as in...lost? I don't think I have ever seen that happen...misrouted, damaged...I don't think I have ever seen a "lost" as in gone forever. Sort of had that with FedEx once, but it was a long time ago.
 
Occasionally they lose them. Sometimes they turn up, other times not. Sometimes it's simply theft, unfortunately.

Lost. Left Jacksonville fla on the 6th and never showed up at another facility. I'm assuming it was stolen along the route somewhere.

Yeah, they all loose things at times. My wife lost a book that he Dad made of his life. Ordered it in plenty of time. Tracking numbers all good until the day before it was to be delivered. Showed up as status unknown. She called and raised hell. They just refunded her shipping a whole $15 but would not cover the $80 for the cost of the book publishing. Like AG the publisher republished at no charge and shipped via FedEx and all was good, but 2 weeks after date she needed it.
AG does a great job of standing behind products and shipping issues.:dblthumb2:
 
If anyone sees a 32 oz. Of WG uber compound with matching self cleaning WG refill bottle on eBay its probably mine. ;)

I'm assuming it was stolen along the route somewhere.

Hard for me to imagine someone risking their job to steal a box of unknown contents from a detailing supply store. I mean, if it's a Verizon wireless box you could be pretty sure it's a cell phone, or a Valentine 1 box pretty sure it's a radar detector. Seems more likely to me the box got ground up in something along the way and they couldn't recover enough info to determine what it was, where it was going...although that seems unlikely, too, so I'll keep my eye on eBay for you ;)
