Uro-tech compared to rupes pads

I will be purchasing a rupes 15 mk2 that will comes with 4 pads which I plan to get yellow pads. Due to price, I plan on purchasing additional uro tech pads (yellow). My question is, are the yellow rupes and yellow uro tech pads roughly the same pad? Will they both perform the same with the same polish and same technique?
 
The maroon pad is completely different foam compared to the Rupes green pad in the lineup, but the blue, yellow and white are very similar.

Makes sense I guess that Uro-Tec pads would be yellow.
