Vacuum for Interior Detailing

I came across this vacuum. It's a wet/dry vacuum and it's also a pressure washer 1800 PSI. The Vacuum is 13 Amps. Is this good for also washing the car and the engine? Is the vacuum good for sucking out the water from upholstery and carpet? Will it leave it dry or suck almost all the water but leave it somewhat wet?

Thanks for the help, i don't know much about this kind of machines. Will this also be good to clean and suck out the water from a cotton or sofa?
 
The Bissell is a great little machine I used it for a long time till I go my Mytee Extractor. As form the vacuum I don't see anything.
 
I just ordered the bissell. Kinda liked the first one because its a vacuum for sucking little things up. Or does the bissell work like a small dry vacuum too?
 
Damn >.< But as long as it cleans interior of cars good, it's all good. I can always use a vacuum to pick up first. :/
