I worked from 7am to 4:30pm. Then cleaned snow for 2 hours. Got my wife a dozen roses the day before. Got my 9 year old daughter a dozen chocolate covered strawberries.
My wife made homemade minestrone soup for lunch (to fight the cold from the snow...mmmm yumm) and then homemade chicken tikka masala (an Indian dish). Mmmmm. Then she made chocolate lava cake for the kids.
I was so tired from work, snow removal, and the big dinner that I was ready to go to sleep by 8pm. Ah...daddy-hood and family life sure is a non-stop blast!!!!
