I didn't have a chance to detail a red car yet, maybe they are just not that common? All i seem to get is black, silver, and gray :/
Looks great!!!

Thanks!Great job! That's the way red is supposed to look.
Thanks! I love nicely polished red paint. It's a pretty underrated color in my book. It can look just as stunning as a dark color when done right. :buffing:I didn't have a chance to detail a red car yet, maybe they are just not that common? All i seem to get is black, silver, and gray :/

Thanks! Of the 2 G8's I have corrected, I would say their clear is very average in terms of hardness... it is definitely not soft like an Acura, and it is not hard like a Corvette. I have done a red (this one) and white. Both were one-stage corrections and both were done with orange pads and a medium polish (iirc).
Looks great! The clear on mine definitely isn't as hard as on my Camaro or the wife's Equinox (or Corvettes for that matter). I've had very good results using an orange pad with M205 or similar polish as well.
^Thanks! Yeah the owner told me to leave his front plate off (since I told him I have never had one on my car), but I warned him that bright red is going to attract way more attention than my grey car! hahaLooks great Zach!
Like red is supposed to look. That's a ticket waiting to happen![]()
^I like these cars as well. A solid sports sedan... or maybe more appropriately "muscle sedan".I really love the G8, yours looks brand new.
Nice job:dblthumb2:
