A little more info? Maybe a pic or two? Browning of tires is generally from brake dust, so spray on some APC and give them a wipe.

Use any of the following on tires only except Optimum Power Clean. The others are pretty caustic and care should be exercised when using them on any wheel, especially uncoated. A good tire brush will help as well.

Zep Purple 4:1
Zep Citrus full strength
Meguiar's APC+ full strength
Optimum Power Clean full strength
Chemical Guys All Clean+ (start with 10:1)

Sorry. Its dark here for the pics. I will get that tomorrow. Thanks for the input guys.

Compared to some brushes I've used, I really like the Mother's tire brush because it is very stiff. It makes short work of brown tires paired with an all purpose cleaner

That's a reason, for "browning", that I've never heard before!!

-Besides ingredients like carbon black...
Modern tire formulas will include antiozonants that will work their way to the outside surfaces of the tire

-When these antiozonants do reach the outside tire surfaces, and are exposed to the ozone that's present in the air...
They turn "Brown"...Otherwise known as "Blooming".

That's the brown-film you see on tires.

-Even when you wash/scrub away this brown film-layer;
and, if the tires have not reach the end of their service-life...
The "browning/blooming" will return.

It's an ongoing battle to keep some brands of tires, moreso than others: Clean/Bloom-free.

You just need to scrub them (with your selected cleaner/APC), rinse, repeat until the suds don't turn brown any more. If you're looking for something OTC, I didn't see anyone mention Eagle One A2Z.

mothers wheel cleaner found at the store close by works good with a scrub brush.
cg citrus was or diablo will work as well... but mothers wheel tire cleaner works just need a little elbow grease... if not post pictures so we can see what your talking about please

I would suggest Megs Super Degreaser @ 4:1 & a STIFF brush.
First time around you may have to scrub, rinse & repeat a few times until the foam when scrubbing is white not brown.
After that if you clean them somewhat regularly you will only need a once-over & could maybe use 10:1...

Mmm I use OPC at 3:1 and ARO straight.
OPC if it doesn't need to be very strong (but it is; ARO just seems to be stronger IME), and ARO if I want to strip it cleaner. However if they're super brown you'll definitely need to go over it multiple times until the clean runoff is clear/white instead of brown.
With OPC and ARO, the second you spray tires, even if they look clean, it'll instantly start turning brown, but no matter what you gotta scrub.
