Cool fact: Al's Camaro RS has the same 3.6 twin cam V6 found in the Cadillac CTS Sport. The 2012 Camaro RS' V6 is only a few horsepower shy of the Camaro SS' V8 from 10 years ago. :hungry:

Yep I do this process all the time. The waterless is a amazing product after using the APC on paint.

Great tip for cleaning cracks and crevices Todd!

Wrap a credit card or ID with a microfiber towel, get it damp with the waterless wash, and lightly rub it in between body panels to ensure no small detail is overlooked.
 
Just as Mike said; it's better to spend a little time up front taping off areas than to spend a lot of time cleaning up later on.

Yup, that's me! Except this time I'm drinking SPRITE because a certain someone (not going to say any names, but it starts with an M and ends with eghan) didn't replenish my supply of Mountain Dew! :laughing:

Mike is taking a couple extra minutes to tape off the vinyl stripes. Al had these installed after he purchased the car. You do not want to run the buffer over the vinyl stripes because it could damage them. A roll of tape and two minutes of your time is a lot cheaper than having the stripes redone!

If the stripes were painted on and had a clear coat over them, you could polish right over them. :dblthumb2:

I can only watch 3 or 4 seconds before it stalls...
It's quite annoying.
 
That's no ordinary tape! The tape the guys are using is Meguiar's Professional Masking Tape. This tape has a low tack meaning it is easily removed and won't leave any unwanted residue on the paint.

Hey nick... I guess the server you guys are using is not good for outside the us.... I can view youtube 1080p flawless right now, but not the stream which I'm quite sure is not that bandwidth big..... you guys can check it with the broadcast provider for the future. Just a suggestion...
