Up early and decided to get a jump on my pre winter prep. Pulled out my FK 1000 and after finishing noticed a couple of things about the can. After reading all the recent posts and seeing photos of the current FK 1000 can, mine sure didn't look like any of them. The other thing was my can is still almost full.
Now I know I've been using it for a while so I decided to do a little further research. Looks like I've been using it longer than I first thought. I purchased this can back in 2006. I only use FK 1000 once a year as my winter prep and apply 2 coats on both mine and the wife's car. I guess what I learned back in 2006 still apply's today - a little goes a long way.
The wax is still in fantastic shape even after 9 years. It hasn't dried out or cracked, is still soft as far as FK 1000 goes and is easy to apply and remove.
Great value in an excellent, protective, and long lasting wax.
