I've started this thread for the reason i see alot of members mention they are signed up for the newsletter and VIP specials and never receive the emails.Myself included I'm signed up but no notices.Post if your in the same boat and maybe Megan will pick up on it .
 
I truly feel this has more to do with internet providers and how they deal with spam or what they perceive as spam. I will however assure you that Meghan will look into it Monday, and know she has in past and found no error. Hopefully it can be repaired quickly, and only suggest you allow all email from Autogeek, PBMA, and other affiliates as something to check on in the mean time.

I haven't received any lately? I have in the past, but nothing in the past 2-weeks.

I do get them. The sending email address is:

From: "Autogeek.net" <[email protected]>
Reply-To: "Autogeek.net" [email protected]>

If your email client is declaring them junk you can solve this by added the email address to your address book.

The email is HTML based so it could be viewed as spam or a problem for those clients that do not display HTML (for security reasons).

 
Like others I haven't been receiving VIP emails. I get emails from another forum that always end up in my junk emails but nothing from AG.

So I run my own email server, and can look in detail at the Spam. I signed up about a week ago, and got the Sovereign deal right away. I did not receive the VIP20 discount. I searched my incoming logs and didn't see anything in from autogeek.

Just a heads up.

And the emails from this forum and the store are just fine.
 
95% off all emails I check for people that say they are not getting them are ending up blocked by there spam. So as Bunky says add the address to your "safe" list and you will see them. But I will look at anyone's email that are not getting it, please post your email in this thread if you are signed up, confirmed your VIP enrollment, have checked your spam blocker and still do not receive them. I will check everyone's and get back to you.

Singed up a long time ago never got an e-mail or anything.
 
I seem to get all e-mails from AG except those for the VIP specials. I have checked my spam boxes with no luck. My e-mail address is:

Just tried to order the Flex XC3401 w/ 6.5 in pad kit, with a couple of other items, my "20%" savings was $3.39... :(

Are there excluded items ? Since I didn't get the email for some reason..

Ok we re-signed up the four that are having troubles with VIP emails. I was told that it could be a server issue on your end or a couple other technical things I do not understand. So if you do not get your VIP this Friday, let me know.
