Cleaned up my sisters bug for her today, was going to while it was in storage for the winter but I was to lazy, lol. Its a 2002, but has had some rough exterior life. The paint has a lot of swirls and #### in the paint. My process was...

wash
clay (mothers) after this I was so surprised how nice it looked, even just after clay
wax (mothers)

I think it turned out pretty nice for what I did and what it looked like before, sorry no before pics. Going to order a PC with either some poorboys or XMT soon so hopefully it will even look nicer.

Cleaned up my sister bug today. Turned out 110% better then I had thought. Cars paint is really rough for being a 2002, has a ton of swirls and #### in the paint. I washed, claybar (mothers), and waxed (mothers). I was surprised how well it looked even just after the clay bar. Hopefully soon I can order a PC package soon to add to my poor college student collection, lol.

Looking good. The clay bar really makes a difference doesn't it? You are way nicer to you sister than I am to mine. No way I'd detail my big sister's ride.

Yeah I was so surprised how different it looked. Great stuff. And yeah I told her its her 18th bday present, though thats not till september, lol.

Very nice, really good depth and a nice shine. You are good to your sister, funny because I'm going to get my sisters vehicle's to practice with the rotary. Now I wish I could say that I'm doing it because I like me sister, well I do like my sister but I want practice with my Metabo and she's got the perfect vehicles for that lol. It's a win win situation, she gets her car detailed and I get to practice.

Anywho, very nice job buddy and welcome.

:D @ Nica (practice on his sisters car with the rotary)
wagonproject, you done a real nice job.:applause: Oh when get your PC, you see the differents it makes.

Nice brother! It looks good and it's good not to see any snow on the ground up there in Michigan. I remember what it's like to be a poor college student. I went to both U of M and MSU and had an old Oldsmobile with holes in the floorboard at the time.
