VW Jetta Mk4 VR6 GLX Video

I had a chance to shoot a friend of mine and my Jetta. We both have VR6 GLX's and both have had a re-spray within the last 3 years. This was shot at the end of September in 2013 for a car show in Ocean City Maryland

Nice vid. My Passat got rear ended 2 days before H20. I wasn`t even gonna drive it that day, but I wanted to ensure my water/meth system was tuned correctly according to changes I had just made. Kid playing on cellphone behind me wasn`t paying attention and hit me. Silver lining...i got a new lower valence paint-matched and it looked way better than he last one.

Here`s my baby (new wheel color this season):

car looks great! if someone rear-ended me before h2o I'd flip, but you making it next year?
 
They look great! I've had VW ever since I was 16 and now I'm 46. I won't ever buy anything else and now the micro bus is coming back out :)

Thanks. It took everything in me to not punch him square in the jaw. The only thing that stopped me was the embarrassment of my wife with 2 month old daughter having to bail me out for hitting a kid (18 yo). I will definitely be making it next year. I don`t know if I will do the whole week or just the weekend. I read so many threads about how bad it has gotten with the police and people messing with other people`s cars. I`m not down with that. I have only been once, and that was in 2012 and only for a day and a half.

Yea, but will we get it here in the US? Probably not for a long time. I would love to see the Amarok or Scirocco. I`m really excited about the MKVII Golf R. I think that may be the Passat`s replacement or an Audi RS5.

yea I go from Friday morning till Sunday night, would you be interested in doing a shoot down there next year?
 
^^ Sweet, I am down. I have only had one shoot, and this is my favorite pic from it. I cant wait to get my wheels back on with their new finish. I need to look into renting a condo now so that I don`t have to worry last minute.

for this I used After Effects for the title and Final Cut for the editing
