Warm water while mobile?

Hey guys. I am wracking my brain trying to figure this out. Is there anyway to have warm water while working mobile? Heated water tank? I have always wanted warm water when detailing but couldn't understand how. Then I saw a video where a guy had warm water.

How?! Lol.

Why would you favor a hose vs pressure washer?
 
I have been mobile detailing in the Chicagoland area year round for about 10 years now. I have a standard Honda pressure washer & 90 gallon tank. I place a bucket heater like this one, Allied Precision The Premier Line 742G Bucket Water Heater - Amazon.com (I have the same one still working from two winters ago) in the center of my water tank (plug into GFCI outlet only) when I finish the prior day. I cover the water tank & in the morning it is steaming hot.

I am usually ok to work outside at near freezing weather. This process is not as hot as a hot water unit, and if you are not storing the mobile unit indoors be sure to drain & disconnect all hoses after each use. Cap the hose inlet in the tank (you may need to chisel the hole in the morning)

On eprey, I bought a travel water boiler for when the wifey and I went on long drives and we wanted to heat the baby's bottle......it would literally start to boil within 1 minute or so...not a lot of volume; about the size a large slurpy, but boils fast and plugs into your cig lighter. We would put the hot water in a cup and then put the bottle, which was very cold cause we kept the milk in ice, in the cup and within a few seconds, we had warm milk for the baby.

Not sure if this helps, but just a thought.

I thought about trying to integrate this type of unit into something like the Bissell Little Green Machine Carpet Cleaner, but I don't know if the internal parts could handle water that hot?

LGM cannot handle water hotter than 145 F according to Bissell
 
I have an igloo cooler and fill it with hot water before heading to the customer. The only problem is that it's just enough for 1 car a day.
