Warranty by Autogeek?

I need help regarding a Meguiars MT300 DA Polisher I bought last September and I complained about it after a day usage regarding the motor. But to no avail, Autogeek didn't noticed my complaint so I continued using it till the motor completely can't even run now. Same power cord issue as other MT300 user in Autogeek too. I've sent a message to the administrator few days ago but no reply too. I was hoping Autogeek have a very good after sales customer service too.

Call Meguiars customer service. It will be repaired under warranty. They are great to work with.
