They back all their machines 100%. More companies need to back their machines like they do.
 
Its nice to see people going to the manufacture and going through the process before jumping on the forum to complain.

Anytime I have called them I have received great service.
 
Agreed their service is great. I bought a 2nd hand machine and after a few months had some trouble with it. They replaced it under their gift policy.
