Always wash them before first as mentioned also stay away from fabric softener and those drier sheets.

. Asked this question before, but no response... If my MFs are
new or just used for drying, can I hand wash with MF cleaner,Wring out and put in dryer on medium heat. Note: I live in condo building with laundry room and difficult to have washing
Machine free of residue.

Feedback greatly appreciated. thnx

I don't see why not. May not be ideal but It's much better than not washing them at all. Maybe you could clean the community washing machine before you use it?

Not a question of cleaning .. It's all the soap residue, fabric softener residue, etc. community washing is what it is. Real pia!

1) Did he remove the label before using. Labels can scratch but the cobra's have stick on labels that are easy to remove.
2) WW drying towels work better after washing once or twice
3) I wash my MFs before using. Be careful, many of the darker towels run. I have a few artic white towels that have a glacier blue tinge to them after washing with indigos.
4) Be careful with spray detailers as they are not meant for super heavy grime. Bird droppings may have sand in them

Good luck!

:iagree:

I have often wondered about that. The wife likes the liquid fabric softener and then I come in behind her with my MF towels and into the dryer. I sure hope it's not killing the towels, these damn things are not cheap these days!!!

I also went to the Detail Fest this year and got more towels that I have washed 3 times and today I started applying Pinn Souveran wax over Wolf G DGPS (after the DGPS cured over night) and I have more """Lint""" than I can handle... I'm not sure if its the towel or static ele but it's bad.
What to do??????
