A woman called me tonight asking me to clean her mother's 70 ft. mobile home. Any advice on what to quote her for price? We've done a couple motor homes before, priced at $225 for wash/wax. I just have no idea what to charge, how long the process will take, etc. Please advise ASAP- want to call her back first thing tomorrow. Thanks

She probably doesn't want any type of wax. I'd say just a power washer and foam cannon and maybe a long reach brush at most. I would probably do just a wash for $300 iish maybe more depending on condition.

I think you should look at it first to see what condition it's in, and what you're up against. Mentally, go through what steps you need to take to complete the task. You might visualize potential problems this way. For example, if you powerwash, are you going to kill her bushes? Maybe strip some paint off the house?
Try to find out what she expects.

I would charge about $300-350 for just a wash depending on the dirtiness.

Id charge $300 depending on condition. Id foam cannon 1/4th at a time and using a soft long reach brush id agitate then rinse. Starting with the roof. Should take about 4 hours or so.

Just a wash, tire dressing, and windows will take 2-3 hours minimum. I tell all my boat/rv clients that the price starts at $150, regardless of what is being done. With projects that big anything you do will take a lot of time.

MOBILE HOME RIGHT?
Not an RV?
Just pressure wash it. no soap
That's all she wants.
$200 buck, 1 hour of work, and no roof!

Charge your hourly rate x actual hours plus chemicals at 2x cost.

Add travel If significant.
