washing/cleaning mitts, MF towels, pads, etc.?

hey everyone.

what is the best way to clean mitts, mf towels, drying towels, pads for waxing/buffing and other cleaning materials? is it okay to use a washing machine? some people tell me that the dirt, fibers, dust etc. from them (after being used) will clog up the machine. i know there is truth to this so the question about how to clean them quickly and effectively remains.

i'm opening a small carwash and detailing shop soon. any techniques/tips you may have on how clean these materials effectively and efficiently will be of great help to my operations. :help:
