Water extractor help.

Has anyone used/seen Nobles Anser water extractor? How would it compare to Durrmaid Mini Hot Water Extractor? Have a chance to pick it up locally for $100.

I just Googled the piece of equipment you are talking about. I'd never heard of it. I was told if it was not heated , there was no need to buy it!
I have a Mini heated unit. ( Aztec) I know if it was not for the heat,it would not do the job. It heats the water to 207 degrees.
