Water Spot

Thoughts please. I washed my new car today, waxed it last week, but I did not clay and I did not use a paint sealant, I washed and then used P21S Carnuba wax. I noticed today that there is a good sized water spot on my hood. I wiped it a few times but it appears to be under the wax coating? It wouldn't come off. Should I now use a hasher shampoo to take the wax off and start over by claying, then paint sealant and wax again? Thx

When you say it wouldn't come off, what did you try?
Was it there before you cleaned and waxed?

When I tried wiping it, I just used my microfiber towel, but with no other chemical. As for the spot, it possibly could have been but I didn't not see it. But possible.
