I used the Poor Boys 16 oz. bottle that came with my kit. My oh my did I fall in love with a waterless wash. I am going Ultima or Pinnnacle. My goal is to have a concentrate (more bang for the buck and convenience) and the wetter the better (the look)

I also think I can use the waterless wash when I compound and polish cars. Instead of busting out the hose and giving the car it's final touch for presentation purposes. I can use the waterless wash and a micro fiber towel for specific detailing. (Nooks and cranny's)

To bad it rained today, and a bird pooped on my windshield.

What do you guys do when a bird poops on your windshield especially after you just washed your car?

And after it rains and you just washed your car?

I clean the bird poop off, after the bird poops.

You can use waterless wash again, it wont hurt a thing. Sorry not really understanding what the real question is.

Also after compound and polish, I use Blackfire Waterless wash or Megs D114.

Yeah it was my first time using waterless wash and I am definitely going to have it as part of my arsenal. When I do customers cars from now on.

If you wash your car and the next day it rains are you supposed to do anything?

And if a bird poops on your windshield do you just let it sit? Use the wiper blades to fling it off or get home and clean it that way?

I like to keep my car clean all the time, if it rains, and I have time I would do a waterless. Lately I work a lot and also a full time MBA student so time is a premium, so I usally wake up early on Saturday and give it a waterless wash.

If you own a shop buy couple of gallons of Ultima and Pinnacle Waterless Wash.

how does waterless actually work? you pretty much use it like a quick detailer? kinda curious cuz i spent hours buffing my truck...drove it for an evening...then had the sprinklers turn on and drench it over night. now the dirt that settled on top is running down my truck. would this be safe to use waterless on? or am i due for a complete rewash again.

A rinseless wash may be better.... hard to tell if waterless will be safe without pics. You would need good MF's to go waterless and would need a number of them for sure. I have used OID with a pollen film on my car.... but that is a VW with hard paint.

Mike Phillips has an article on the differences. I'd post a URL for you but I am on my droid. I will post it later unless someone gets ahead of me.

Waterless wash is"safe". I've been WW'ing for years now.
It's all in the technique.
