Tonight I was looking at my polishes and noticed some are starting to get a little watery gave them a shake for a minute went back to normal could I add a stainless balls inside would it help mix it up faster next time ?

I've got some aluminum polish that has a ball in the bottle. Not sure why it wouldn't work.

I keep a small marble in each for this very purpose. Old trick I learned years ago.
