Wax? Choices, Choices, Choices...

Morning Geekies! I am going to be putting a coat or 2 on 2 vehicles today, and wanted some opinions. I have these:

Collinite 845, Collinite 915, Souveran Paste, Meg's ULW,
Meg's 26, and NXT 2.0.

White Tahoe(Not Pearl) I am looking for the paint to be wet looking and very glossy.

Dark Green F250 I am looking for pretty much the same.

What would you use on each of these?

845 on white

915 on green OR 845 then souveran
 
Collinite 845 for sure.
If you want you can top it with Souveran or Meguiar's #26.
The paint would look like glass IMO.
But the 845 is what will give you a long lasting shine, once it's applied it will last for months. :)
Please show us pictures and what wax you used.
 
Definitely 915 on the dark green Ford truck, it does give some depth and wet look.

The white Tahoe is a trickier question, I'm inclined to say 845 but while it is very glossy I don't find it particularly wet or deep looking. Darker colors tend to show off apparent wetness and depth more than white assuming equal paint condition.
 
845 OR 915:dblthumb2:I like DG 601/105 for white BUT it's not an option here.
 
Before you apply one of these LSPs...

Have you polished the (CC) paint to where it is at its glossiest?
{Gloss is where light is allowed to pass through a substance/material (the CC),
so the light illuminates and reflects the substrate (the BC).}

IMHO:
Then, and only then, will the application of an LSP
create the shine you are seeking!
(Shine is where the light is reflected before it reaches the substrate.)

Yup.... 845 is one durable wax, (even though it's more of a sealant). But 915 will give it that "pop". Nothing wrong with layering! :)
 
Collinite 845 looks really nice on light color vehicles. I prefer synthetic waxes on dark vehicles. I just love the glass look. One thing I did notice with carbanuba waxes is that it attract more dust, but then again I was applying carbanuba base waxes in the spring
 
I used POORBOYS NATTY wax a couple weeks ago for the first time, I was impressed.
 
845 is a winner for bang for your buck. It lasts long looks great on anything.
