I had a car wash do a quick detail on my Pathfinder but they gor wax on a lot of the black plastic trim and door handles, etc. I've tried a few things but no luck. How can I make the plastic black again???

well what have you tried? i have never done it myself but i have heard alot of people say peanut butter will take it off. i have used turtle wax ice QD and it has taken off wax that has been on black trim from a previous wax job

I just tried some peanit butter and it worked well after sitting on it for 5 minutes. Tomorrow I'm going to experiement more.
Smooth is easier to apply than crunchy...

Mr.Clean magic eraser...n' grape jelly.:D

Btw, last sunday's paper had a buy-one get-one free coupon.

peanut butter works, its the oils in it. We do offer a commercial wax cleaner called Wax Blaster also.

Try a plastic cleaner, such as an interior detailer. Spray on the stain, wipe aggressively with a microfiber towel and that should do the trick.

You can try using Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer, Einszett Cockpit Premium, DP Interior Cleaner, etc.
